Every lamp is hand-poured and cast to order - nothing is mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse. Please allow 3–5 business days for your piece to be made before it ships.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. If you selected Priority Shipping at checkout, your order will be expedited and typically arrives faster.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may apply during promotional periods or on qualifying bundle orders.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays
Because each lamp is handmade, processing times may occasionally run slightly longer during high-demand periods. We'll always notify you by email if your order is delayed beyond the estimated window.
